Dominique Guyon’s team farms 3.3 acres in Fournières, the vines averaging 40 years of age. They produced a fleshy 2013, with textural richness and polished tannins filling out the firmer aspects of its structure – green peppercorn and tomato skin spiciness. It develops complexity as it evolves with air.
