This is the “entry point” wine from Pyros, but it’s a chip off the same block, or rather blocks, located on schist and limestone soils in the pre-cordillera of the Andes. Perfumed, fresh and intense, with a chalky frisson, high altitude acidity and that classic Pedernal grip. – T.A.
