A meaty Barolo, characterized by charcuterie, spice box and cedar, not to mention incense and sour cherries. A very taut, medium-to full-bodied palate follows, where the acidity is the driving factor, cutting through layers of vibrant red fruit and tightening the firm tannins. Dark-chocolate on the finish.
