Big cassis and chocolate nose, the oak supporting the fruit very nicely. This is still just a little dominated by the tannins, yet it does have the ripeness and concentration to carry itself. The powerful tannic finish is really impressive and the structure gives the wine wonderful potential. Try after 2020. – JS
