Boasts lively but harmonious acidity that really extends the fresh citrus and stony flavors on the back end. Knockout entry-level Riesling. A good thing too, as this is Trimbach’s ‘bread and butter’ wine, the house’s most important one commercially (at a whopping 350,000 bottles a year).
