The 1989 Clos Ste Hune Hors Choix Vendage Tardive is almost orange colored with ripe and dried apricot flavors; it is very precise and fresh, nicely concentrated, intense and very elegant. Really elegant and piquant, with grip and lots of salt, long and tension-filled. Great expression. – S.R.
