Green-tinged yellow. Lively aromas of green apple, lime zest, peach and anise are joined by hints of dusty minerals and white flowers that develop with air. Juicy, seamless and focused on the palate, offering fresh pear, nectarine and lemon gelato flavors that deepen on the back half. The mineral note sneaks back in on the penetrating finish, which hangs on with excellent tenacity. Plenty of power here, but the impression I’m left with is one of elegance.
