TASTING NOTE:  Light straw gold color. Viognier brings finesse and aromas of flowers and tropical fruit while the Roussanne brings a creamy feel with notes of almond, anise and yellow apple. Perfect as an aperitif, it will also complement fish, shellfish, pasta in cream-based sauce and roasted poultry.
