Intensely aromatic and complex, it has a showstopping fragrance of fresh apricot, lychee, mango, beeswax, rosewater and spice. The palate is concentrated, with flavours of baked apple, creamy apricot, dried pineapple, rose and peach. There is a fresh acidity and zingy spice that brings lift and tension, helping to draw all the elements together. You wouldn’t believe this is dry, such is its richness! – J.B.
