Perfumed aromas of lemon verbena, apple and minerals. Then dense and juicy, featuring apple, lime and flinty flavors. Lively acidity lifts the spicy fruit flavors even on the long back end (usually a granite soil delivers acid sensations on the entry and middle but tapers before the finish).
