Made up of 94% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Merlot and 2% Petit Verdot, the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon is medium to deep garnet-purple in color and reveals a nose of baked cherries, dried mulberries and blackberry pie with touches of cedar, tilled soil and baking spices. Medium to full-bodied, the palate delivers plenty of juicy berry flavors with a soft frame and spicy finish. – L.P.B.
