Light, bright yellow-gold. The nose offers an array of ripe orchard and pit fruit aromas, along with hints of dried fig, beeswax and fennel. Chewy and broad on the palate, offering vibrant white peach and bitter pear skin flavors with a bracing jolt of orange zest. Shows very good clarity and cut on the incisive finish, which leaves a subtle floral note behind.
