Intense red fruit and blood orange aromas are complemented by suggestions of lavender and dusty minerals. Chewy and tightly focused on the palate, offering sappy red currant, strawberry, orange pith and floral pastille flavors that steadily tighten up on the back half. Finishes very long and floral, showing sharp delineation and a sweetening suggestion of honey. -J.R.
