This harvest will be remembered as the most difficult of the decade. Intense rains in April marked a line in the sand: those who harvested after the rains obtained watery and flat wines, while those who dared to pick before, as in the case of Los Vascos with this Le Dix, were rewarded with wines of freshness, tension and energy. In spite of its youth, this wine shows a seductive complexity associated with the diversity of fruity and spicy flavours. For the first time, it also includes Cabernet Franc in the blend that provides a delicious herbal touch Drinking Window 2019 – 2030. – P.T.
