Surprisingly delicate strawberry, dried flowers, and sweet herbs waft from the glass. Clean and fresh, with sneaky concentration to the medium-bodied flavors of raspberry and sweet spices. With time in the glass, the richness of the fruit becomes more pronounced, and the long finish more tactile. Very well done. A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, this is one of the best Perlé Rosé wines I remember in some time. – ID
