Background

Oregon’s Willamette Valley is an ideal growing region to craft a unique style of sparkling wine. With grapes harvested from our Gran Moraine vineyard in the beautiful Yamhill-Carlton AVA, this wine highlights the delicate balance and harmony between the noble Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. Our Brut Rosé is a blend of multiple vintages – with each vintage adding distinctive qualities to the final blend. It is the epitome of style, grace and elegance.

Winemaking

Made using the traditional méthode champenoise, our Brut Rosé is a blend of 57 percent Chardonnay and 43 percent Pinot Noir. Fermentation was conducted at cool temperatures, predominantly in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruit intensity. A few selected lots are aged in inert French oak barrels for 3 months to add depth, complexity and spice to the final blend. The single vineyard, estate-grown wine then spent a minimum of 24 months en tirage.
