Half-and-half Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this rich wine is just approaching maturity. Touches of spice and toast contrast beautifully with ripe pear and apple flavors that are crispened with citrus acidity. Although this full wine can be drunk now, it will be best from 2019. – R.V.
