Fine bubbles in this new wine with ripe pineapple and light apricot. Bread-dough undertones. Full body, creamy texture and lots of fruit. Very rich and decadent with lots of pie-crust and cooked-apple character. I like the lightly bitter contrast on the palate. Very long finish. Drink now. – J.S
