This is a full-bodied sparkling wine that opens to intense aromas of dried fruit, wild berry, crème caramel and oven-fresh croissant. The wine leaves a long trail of freshness and fruit intensity that is spurred forward by the fine and elegant quality of the perlage. – M.L.
