The delicious 2007 Trento Metodo Classico Perlé Nero Extra Brut is a terrific sparkling wine that boasts the richness and consistency of Pinot Nero (vinified off the skins as a white wine) next to the crisp and steely style that you get with the Extra Brut approach. This luminous sparkler opens to sharp and defined aromas of white cranberry, citrus, stone fruit, kiwi, pine nut and lightly toasted almond. The effervesce is tight, tonic and lively.
