…A mix of Cabernet Sauvignon-derived leafy notes and ripe red fruity Cannonau-derived nuances characterize the wine’s palate presence, which also offers very good grip. Rising… tannins steal the show on the long chewy back end… In this wine at least, the Cabernet adds more spine and backbone to the Cannonau, but happily does not overpower the latter’s contribution of luscious sweet red fruit. – I.D.
