Winemaking

Destemming. No skin contact The grapes are gently pressed with a pneumatic press The must is filtered and fermentation takes place. 5% of the wine is fermented and aged in oak barrels during three months.

Bright, pale lemon color The nose is complex with notes of fresh asparagus and herbaceous aromas combined with hints of tropical fruits aromas Medium bodied, this zesty wine reveals aromas of grapefruits with elegant undertones of tropical fruits.
